This Virginia anniversary session on Assateague Beach stood out to me when I was reviewing my work from the past year for a few reasons; first of course is how gorgeous Stefanie and Aaron are (obviously).  But secondly was because of how much love these two let shine throughout their session.  It can be really hard to let a total stranger share in your intimacy, but these two welcomed me in and allowed me to catch a glimpse of that special connection only a husband and wife share.  I clearly had a lot of favorites for a lot of reasons, so I hope you enjoy them!

Another favorite from this past fall, Kate and Nick’s Patapsco Valley State Park engagement session in Maryland.  Kate was actually the maid of honor at the last wedding I posted, so I had the opportunity to meet her and Nick and get a feel for their relationship then.  Let’s just say they are absolutely awesome and I am beyond excited to capture their wedding this April.  Here’s a little glimpse at these two gorgeous, creative, fun humans.

I, admittedly, have done a horrible job of blogging lately.  To be honest I’ve had an amazing year with some amazing clients and blogging has just kind of fallen to the back burner.  And I prefer it that way.  But now that it’s cold and gray and the craziness that is the holidays is over I thought the time had come to do some serious catching up.  So, next on my list of awesome clients who I haven’t shared, Sami and Sage and their beautiful proposal on Tom’s Cove on Chincoteague Island, Virginia.  Enjoy!

I’ve actually been really anxious to post a blog about these two, in the best way.  Jean and Mike are two of the sweetest people, with honestly the coolest and most interesting professions ever (they both are meteorologist!).  Assateague and the nature of the island are a huge part of their relationship, so we began their engagement session at the beach and ended with a beautiful sunset at Curtis Merrit Harbor.  Besides being just a ridiculously beautiful couple, the ease that these two have between them made for so many favorites.  Here’s just a few.
